Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom and hand-embroidered items may require 7–21 business days, depending on design complexity and quantity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or courier delays.

• Titan Hand Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight

• Package dimensions

• Delivery location

Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact us.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are hand-embroidered and custom-made.

Because of the personalized nature of these items:

• Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Slight variations in embroidery, color shade, or fabric texture may occur due to the handmade process.

These variations are not considered defects.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged during shipping

• The wrong item was sent

• The item has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Used or worn items

• Clearance or discounted items

• Bulk/wholesale orders (unless defective)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending any items back.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Titan Hand Embroidery is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
